Cancellations.

Cancellations should be made 24 hours before the appointment. If not your card will be charged 100% of the service you booked.

Late arrivals/when arriving

10 min grace period.

After 10 min you will be charged a $25 fee on top of the service you booked.

After 20 min your appointment will be cancelled and your card will be charged 100% of the service you booked.

No call/no show.

If you do a no call/no show you will be charged 100% of the service you booked & will not be able to book again.
